Must agree with other comments, the service seems as disinterested and lacking. I do like my full cup of tea with an allowance for milk, not the half cup as shown. The Ritz is supposed to be THE best in London.

Having tea all day long is very common in Chile. It's weird because we were conquered by the Spaniards not British but most of the people have the same habits shown on the video. To our culture, have a cup of tea means an instance for talk with a friend or relax by ourselves, it's certainly something we do really appreciate troughout the day

"British Tea culture", history? but not a word about where tea came from. And how a war was fought over tea trade with China. And even the fancy porcelain the Brits drink from came from China. That's why it's called "China". That's how bad the west's recent anti-China culture has gotten.

What I love the most is the tea culture and all the beauty and the fuss around tea! 💕 Brits in that regard!
